The Chicago Chapter had a wonderful time at the 25th Annual International Women in Aviation Conference will be held on Thursday, March 6 through Saturday, March 8, 2014, in Orlando, FL, USA. This year’s Conference took place at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Participants in the 2014 WAI Conference were immersed in the tactics and strategies necessary for successful aviation careers. More than 4,000 women and men from all segments of the aviation industry are expected to attend.
Our Chapter members were very successful this year. Two Lewis University students had job interviews at the conference and our Chapter Vice President, Maureen Hallacy was awarded a 737 type rating scholarship! Congrats to all!
