A big thank you to everyone who was able to attend our 2nd Annual Trivia Fundraiser night at Fitz’s Spare Keys in Elmhurst! It was a great success! We were able to raise $1911.32 in donations and silent auction items, which is more than enough for us to fund next year’s scholarships. We’ll use the additional funds raised for our Sky’s the Limit:Interactive Aviation Camp for Girls coming up Saturday, May 3rd. We plan to provide transportation to students who would not otherwise be able to attend the event.
Kelsey Fultz was our winner of this year’s Paperless Pilot Scholarship and was awarded an iPad with a one year subscription to ForeFlight and Andrew Fischenberg was awarded the Future’s Unlimited Scholarship which will fund his trip to this year’s Women in Aviation International Conference in Orlando, Florida.
