Mentoring

What our mentorship program hopes to achieve:
1. To provide you with an initial point of contact so that you can get any questions answered regarding our Chapter or Women in Aviation. Being a new member in a large group can sometimes seem daunting, however your mentor will help welcome you to our group and introduce you to other members of the Chapter at events.

2. Provide guidance and advice for your field of interest in aviation. Each of our mentors have a plethora of knowledge and experience that they are happy to share with you, so please don’t hesitate to ask questions, that’s what we’re here for!

3. Establish lifelong contacts and networking opportunities for you. In this industry, it is often “not what you know, but rather who you know” that can lead to success. Our mentors are a great place to start. We recommend that you utilize them as much as possible.
